Return or Exchange Policy

If for any reasons you are not satisfied with your online order, please return the items(s) to us within seven days of purchase. We wish to address you the followings related to the cases of returns or exchanges: 

1. All cases of returns or exchanges will only be proceeded with prior communication with us by email(s) and pictures of the item(s), if applicable. 

2. All items must be in new and unused condition and accompanied by the original receipt for us to accept the returns or exchanges. 

3. Returns or exchanges will be proceeded within five working days of our receipt of your items.

4. In the case the items are incorrect, damaged or with manufacturing faults, shipment charges incurred in the process of return or exchange will be borne by us. In other cases, shipment charges incurred will be borne by you.

5. In the case you wish to have refunds, refunds will be provided to the same account you used to pay for the items. 

6. Your refund will be applied to the payment method you used to purchase the item and the credit will post to your account according to the time frame established by your financial institutions.
